Parkinson Wellness Project (PWP) improves the lives of people living with Parkinson’s through rigorous exercise and a community of support.


We offer a welcoming, supportive environment where we focus on functional movement, balance, strength, endurance, and cognition. Research shows that these exercises slow the progression of Parkinson’s, helping you maintain or improve your ability to perform
daily tasks.


From boxing to dance to yoga, we have a fun-filled program for you. We’ll help you select the classes best suited to your needs.
